unzip both the file you will get this dir 



In unix create following group and oracle user

groupadd dba
groupadd oinstall
groupadd asmdba
groupadd asmadmin
useradd -g oinstall -G dba,asmdba,asmadmin oracle

chown -R oracle:oinstall /home/oracle
chown -R oracle:oinstall database/
