in Datapump if you are getting this error

Then check folloing pl

select * from v$option where parameter like 'Transparent Data Encryption%';

 encryption_password=xxx    provide some password 

 expdp "'/ as sysdba'" directory=anuj_datapump  SCHEMAS=scott  EXCLUDE=STATISTICS parallel=4 encryption_password=vihaan

this time no error
