RMAN> STARTUP FORCE NOMOUNT;

Restore the server parameter file. If restoring to the default location, then run:

RMAN> RESTORE SPFILE FROM AUTOBACKUP; 

If restoring to a nondefault location, 

RMAN> RESTORE SPFILE TO '/tmp/spfileTEMP.ora' FROM AUTOBACKUP;
